About Us

We are an experienced provider of supported work placements, based on a beautiful farm on the outskirts of rural Warwickshire.  We work with young adults that cannot access mainstream education due to conditions such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour and anxiety. We have a very experienced team with a range of qualifications and skills, that have all been DBS checked and thoroughly vetted. We work closely with social care and offer bespoke work-based learning courses that aim to give real work experience, alongside a package of qualifications to improve the opportunity to pursue chosen career paths, whilst improving the health and wellbeing of recipients.

Our first step is to get to know you and understand what you want to achieve through a personal assessment. You will have opportunities to work in small teams; dependant on the support needed, we may be able to offer 1:1 support, or through prior arrangement you can even bring along your own personal assistant to access our facilities.

Once we have established more of an idea about your future aspirations and individual needs, we will work with you to put together a bespoke course. This will consist of work experience opportunities in your chosen field, alongside a package of qualifications that will enable you to follow your chosen career path.

We will then support you to look for jobs, helping you with job searches, writing CVs, filling out applications and even interview experience!

 Our learning   programmes

We believe that even those with barriers to learning can contribute to society and gain meaningful employment so when they move on from us, they have the experience, skills and knowledge to fulfil their aspirations.

We work successfully with young adults who have struggled to achieve in mainstream or even specialist education settings.  We work with them to build confidence, self-respect and a sense of value and achievement. Our aim is that when they move on from us, they are fully prepared for the world of work and independent living.
